In 1987, Kevin established McLarney Construction with a primary focus on tenant improvements. Since then, under his leadership, the company has successfully undertaken and completed over 4,500 tenant improvement projects. Kevin's management style, characterized by an open-door policy, has fostered a work environment that attracts and retains talented individuals. BRETT MCLARNEY, PRESIDENT
As President of McLarney, Brett provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organization. He oversees various aspects of operations, including project management, business development, financial performance, client relations, and team management. He has a well-established relationship with key stakeholders, such as clients, subcontractors, and industry partners. Brett is a strong leader and an advocate for helping employees learn all aspects of construction.
ANTHONY DAMORE, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

BEN PETTY, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Ben's contribution to company operations is significant. Leveraging his expertise in civil engineering and LEED AP accreditation, he provides valuable guidance to our project management teams throughout various stages such as preconstruction, bidding, contracting, and value engineering. Ben prioritizes construction oversight and works closely with owners and architects, ensuring seamless coordination to achieve projects within budgetary and scheduling constraints.
