A recently completed tenant improvement which involved two floors within a 10 story occupied building. High profile clientele, sensitive subject matter and noise management were just a few challenges we overcame while working on this project. This space called for the integration of complex finishes and the introduction of a new communicating stairway between floors, the finished product is a traditional Class A law firm space.
